OSSE Early Intervention Program Management System

TDC has supported the Office of the State Superintendent of Education by developing the Early Intervention Program Management System. The TDC team worked with OSSE program stakeholders to define all functional and technical requirements associated with the Early Intervention PMS.

The Early Intervention PMS was developed in Quickbase. The Early Intervention Program is a statewide, comprehensive, coordinated and inter-disciplinary system that provides early intervention therapeutic and other services to infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays. The Early Intervention program administers Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The TDC solution provides for a comprehensive case management and billing system which complies with HIPPA standards and ensures protection of privacy for participating families.
