Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue fifteen days of PTO annually. You begin to accrue PTO on the first day of employment & your eligibility to use PTO begins when you attain regular employee status after successful completion of orientation period.
Workers’ compensation insurance is offered to all employees at TDC’s expense, in accordance with the requirements of state law. Employees are responsible for notifying the HR department of all accidents that occur in the workplace.
TDC offers three medical insurance plans: Healthy Blue Advantage Platinum 500, BlueChoice HMO Platinum 0, and BlueChoice Advantage Gold 1000. TDC pays half of the plan coverage and the employee pays the difference.
TDC maintains Group Long-Term Disability Insurance Policy for the benefit of its eligible employees. The long-term disability plan pays the lesser of 60% of your gross monthly income from TDC or $10,000 per month after 90 days of continuous disability.
TDC maintains a Group Term Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Policy for the benefit of its eligible employees. The UNUM Life Insurance plan provides financial protection for your beneficiary(ies) by paying a benefit in the event of your death. This life insurance plan provides up to $50,000 of basic life and dismemberment insurance, depending on an employee’s earnings.
TDC offers a dental and vision plan. TDC pays half of the plan coverage and the employee pays the difference.
