Community Involvement

City administrators and community members began a two-day session to discuss the successes, challenges and solutions to challenges directly affecting the 311 call center. The City's Chief Administrative Officer welcomed community input in developing the tools necessary to improve and enhance the system. Participants also listened to best practices from other major cities along with technology solutions from vendors.
