New Orleans 3-1-1 call center
On the anniversary of Hurricane Kattrina in New Orleans, Hurricane Isaac dumped heavy rains and widespread flooding throughout the Gulf Coast. During this three day period of city closure, the City of New Orleans 3-1-1 call center, implemented by TDC and the City, answered a record 28,000 calls for non-emergency service.
